experience. A Florida native raised in Fort Lauderdale, Theresa has deep
roots in the Stuart community, where her family has lived for over 40
years.
Her career has taken her across the country, including six successful
years as a Realtor in Madison, Wisconsin, and over 27 years in the
entertainment and casting industry as the founder of a model and talent
agency representing international print, film, and commercial talent. This
unique background gives Theresa strong negotiation skills, creativity, and
attention to detail.
Since returning to Florida, Theresa has found renewed passion in real
estate—combining her love of people, design, and helping buyers and
