Patrick Sean Stracuzzi is a Realtor and Team Leader at SP Collective at Illustrated Properties’ Downtown Stuart office and a native of Martin County. With deep family roots in real estate, Patrick gained early exposure to the industry and has spent the last 20 years serving clients as a trusted Realtor, guided by relationships, service, and local expertise.

Patrick specializes in residential, luxury, and waterfront real estate throughout the Treasure Coast, representing buyers and sellers in everything from condos and estates to investment properties and acreage. Outside of real estate, he is an avid fisherman and a devoted husband and father of four, deeply connected to the Treasure Coast lifestyle.
