Cheryl and her husband Jeff focus on Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St Lucie counties.  Her position is to listen to what the client’s needs are, map out a plan to deliver those needs and attain the desire results. Cheryl has received the following Real Estate Designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) less than 4% of all licensed Realtors are Certified Residential Specialists, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and the Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) as well as the following Certifications: Comprehensive Internet Marketing (e-Pro), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CPDE), Certified Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR), Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification (PSA), and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES). She is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, National Association of Realtors®, Florida Association of Realtors®, Platinum Top Producer – Top Producer as well as a Certified FORCE member. She has coordinated national seminars and events with upwards of 500 attendees. Cheryl grew up in New England prior to moving to Florida in 1991. In her younger years she was an accomplished equestrian, specializing in Hunter Jumper and Dressage. Cheryl has been with her husband for 27 years. She has 2 grown children and one fur baby (Yellow Lab) named Harley. In her down time, she volunteers for charitable organizations for children and animals. She also has a passion for riding motorcycles.
